Shatkarma (Yoga detox)

Shatkarma refers to a set of purification techniques boarding the hatha yoga concept. Shat refers to six and karma refers to actions or practices. This yoga consists of six cleansing techniques to purify body and mind so it has called Shatkarma. It has divided in two different part first four Neti, Dhauti, Nauli and Basti are physical detox and last two Kapalbhati and Tratak is mental detox. Physical detox take out all the toxic from the body and mental detox take out the toxic from subconscious mind and makes stable and peaceful mind. By physical and mental purification you will discover the balance between body, mind and soul. Shatkarma removes the toxic from the nadies (energy channel) in order to create pranic flows, and to balance the ida and pingala. By balancing ida and pingala channel yogi establish harmony between the body and mind is ultimate goal of yoga.
