Yes we are available for 20 night and 21 day for seniors yoga training course in every month. You can choose any month that is comfortable for you.
You will get 4/5 classes per day based on yoga poses, meditation, breathing and relaxation rest of the time you can do self practie, gentle walk, reading, meditation etc
